3D PRINTED HUMMER H1 Chassis
This is a fully printed model (excluding some details).
Here you can download only the chassis. It is universal for all bodies. You also need to download a gearbox and one of the bodies.
This model is designed on a scale of 1 / 8.5.
Length approximately 550mm.
Width approximately 260mm (without mirrors)
Wheelbase - 388mm.
Track - 220mm.

Initially, the Chassis was created for printing on printers with a 200x200x200mm print area.I printed everything on my Ender 3 Pro. But many parts are smaller and can be printed on printers with a print area of 180x180x180mm. For those parts that initially did not fit on such small printers, alternative versions were created and now you can print this chassis on your printer with a print area of 180x180x180, for example, on the Prusa mini!

Attention! Many details on the right side are mirrors of the left side. So if you can't find a part for the right side in the archive, just make a mirror copy of the left part in your slicer!

Fixed spacer ring in the wheel rim for more secure rubber fixation. Additional mounting holes have been added to the center and rear of the frame parts for future updates. But if you have already printed these details, then it's okay. The holes can be made with a drill.

Added a set of rear pushrod suspension. Recommended for use with a 2-door pickup body. Long (98mm) and soft shock absorbers cannot be used with this body type. This suspension is lighter than the short (68mm) shocks in the standard configuration.
Upd 7 Dec 2020-----------------------------------------------
Added grease holes to differential cases as recommended by one customer. This will make it easier to service the differentials. You can add grease with a syringe without disassembling the differential. The holes are not through, if you want to use them you need to drill them all the way with a 2.5mm drill bit. To prevent the grease from leaking out, the holes must be closed with the M3x3-5 screw.
